We are very much a singing club and encourage chorus participation but also welcome blues and contemporary folk singers.

We meet every week on Sunday evenings at 7pm for 7.30 start, and hold a Resident, singers and musicians night at least once per month but will always try to accommodate visiting singers or musicians even on guest nights (although a little advanced warning is always appreciated). 

Having been running for over 50 years we already have a large list of proven artists that we draw on but are also keen to support up and coming artists as well. With the best will in the world we are unable to book everyone we would like, but we do try.

The folk club is held in the bowls club function room located on the ground floor with easy access from a large, free car park. Disabled parking bays adjacent to the entrance, ​wheelchair ramp into building, and disabled WC.
